Cheese Ball

1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/4 pound roquefort cheese
1/3 cup softened butter
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 drops red food coloring
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Using a hand mixer, blend all together making sure to blend well. Refrigerate until firm. Form into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts. Serve with assorted crackers.

Chinese Chicken Wings

3-4 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup gin or vodka
2-3 cloves minced garlic,
or 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Marinate 12 hours or overnight. Drain marinade. Place in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350°F

Hot Crab Dip

1 stick butter
2-3 chopped green onions
2 stalks chopped celery
3 cans drained crab meat
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
Dash of garlic powder
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Saute onion and celery in butter; add crab meat, both soups and heat. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350°F  until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers.
