Creamy Summer Crab Dip

1 (8 ounce) package Cream cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped green onions
1 pound imitation crabmeat, chopped
Beat together the Cream cheese, Mayonnaise, Sour cream and lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the green onions and crabmeat. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Yields: 30 servings.
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Ready In: 40 Minutes
Note: This creamy imitation crab dip is made with cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. A lovely cold and creamy crab dip. Fantastic served with butter flavored crackers.

Spicy Cheese Dip

1 cup Sour cream
1 plum tomato, diced
2 fresh Serrano chilies, diced
one quarter cup scallions, chopped
half cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and crushed with mortar and pestle
pinch of salt
Tortilla chips
Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
The Skinny: Use light Sour cream.

Italian Dip

1 8-oz. package of Cream cheese
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
one quarter cup Sour cream
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for several hours until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
The Skinny: Use light Cream cheese and Sour cream.
