Scotch Raisin Bread

2 eggs
2 cups sour milk
3 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup molasses
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Mix ingredients together in order given. Mix well. (Batter will be thin.) Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 350°F for 1 hour.

Strawberry Bread

3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 10-ounce packages of frozen strawberries, thawed
Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Combine eggs, oil and strawberries. Add to dry ingredients. Stir well. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 350°F for 1 hour.

Zucchini Bread

3 large eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
1 cup oil
3 cups zucchini, grated
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake 325°F for 1 hour.
