
Dilly Dip

1 cup
sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley leaves |
1
tablespoon minced dry onions
1 tablespoon beau monde seasoning
1 tablespoon dill weed (not seed) |
Mix and chill for
several hours. To be served with crackers, bread, toasts or
anything you like.
Note: Good raw veggie dip, my family's favorite! |

Salmon Spread

ounces cream cheese, softened
6 ounces smoked salmon
2 teaspoons fresh dill finely chopped |
2
tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons scallions chopped
salt and pepper to taste |
Combine all
ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well. Chill for at
least 1 hour before serving and serve with crackers. |

Shrimp Spread

ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1
clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning or seafood seasoning
1 pound small shrimp, cleaned, cooked and chopped |
Combine all
ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until
ready to serve. Serve with crackers or toast points.
Note: Make the day before, it's even better! |
