Broken Glass Candy

1 1/3 cups sugar
2 cups light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon red food coloring
10 drops oil of cinnamon
Combine sugar, syrup and food coloring in heavy pan and cook on low heat until dissolves. Bring to hard crack stage (300F). Remove from heat and add flavoring. Pour into well greased sheet cake pan. Let cool. Break with spoon.

Sour Cream Candied Nuts

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 cups nuts
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix sugar, cream and salt. Cook until soft ball stage. Take off stove; add vanilla. Beat with wooden spoon until thick. Pour over nuts and spread over wax paper, separating the nuts.

White Chocolate Candy

2 lbs. white chocolate
4 cups golden Graham cereal
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Mix cereal, marshmallows and nuts in large bowl. Melt chocolate in double boiler (do not microwave). Pour over ingredients and mix until everything is coated with the chocolate. Drop on wax paper with teaspoon. Let set until firm.
