Iced Coffee

ice cubes
2 or 3 tablespoons flavoured syrup
1/2 cup cold milk
1 shot espresso
whipped topping and cinnamon to garnish
Fill a glass mug to the top with ice cubes. Pour syrup and milk over the ice cubes. Brew coffee and pour that over the milk mixture. Garnish with whipped topping and cinnamon. Serves one.

Mocha Coffee Chiller

5 ounces chilled strong coffee
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 generous scoop vanilla or chocolate ice cream
2 cups ice
whipped cream, cinnamon or chocolate powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Top with whip cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, or chocolate powder if desired. Makes one (16 ounce) drink.
Note: Good enough to be dessert! This icy cold coffee drink is chocolatey and sweet. Cinnamon or chocolate shavings are a nice touch.

Orange Julius

1 1/4 cups orange juice
1 cup water
3 tablespoons dried egg white substitute
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups ice
Combine all of the ingredients except ice in a blender and blend on high speed for 15-30 seconds or until the sugar is dissolved. Add the ice and blend for another 10 to 15 seconds or so, until ice is mostly crushed yet still a bit coarse. Makes 2 (16-ounce) drinks.
