Truffle Oil Dressing

2 tablespoons white truffle oil
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin Olive oil
1 tablespoon champagne wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
few grindings of black pepper |
In a small bowl,
whisk together while truffle oil, Olive oil, champagne wine
vinegar, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper; set aside or
refrigerate until ready to use. If refrigerating, bring to room
temperature before using. Makes 1/2 cup dressing. |
Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

1 cup real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 tablespoon crumbled Bleu cheese |
1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
Stir together all
ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Cover and chill for 30
minutes before serving. Serves 6-10. |
Thousand Island Salad Dressing

1/2 cup real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoon granulated sugar |
2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon finely minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper |
Combine all of the
ingredients in a small, sealable bowl. Stir well. Cover bowl and
refrigerate for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 8. |
