Cilantro Sour Cream

1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped) |
salt and pepper to taste |
| Combine all
ingredients and mix throughly. Makes 2 servings (easily doubled). |
Barbeque Dip

2 cups Sour cream
2 cups Mayonnaise |
1 lb. bacon fried crisp, crumbled
2 tomatoes, chopped |
| Stir all
ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with toast triangles.
Serves 4. |
Special Sauce

1 head iceburg lettuce, roughly chopped or torn
1 bottle Thousand Island Dressing |
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste |
| Pour entire bottle
of Thousand Island dressing into mixing bowl. Add onions and
stir. Season with slat and pepper. Add chopped lettuce a handful
at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serves 4-6. |
