Red, White
and Blueberry Delight

graham cracker crust
1-8 oz. package Cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
2-8 oz. cartons whipped topping
1 can blueberry pie filling
sliced fresh strawberries |

Make a double recipe of your favorite graham cracker crust.
Press on the bottom and up sides of a 9x13" cake pan. Chill. Mix
the Cream cheese with the pwdered sugar. Add one of the cartons
of whipped topping. Spread evenly over the graham crust. Spread
the can of blueberry pie filling on top of the cream cheese
mixture. Spread the remaining carton of whipped topping on top
of the blueberry pie filling. At serving time, add sliced
strawberries to each serving. |
