Hot Lasagna Salad

1 (40 ounce) box Stouffer'sŪ frozen Family Style Favorites Lasagna with Meat & Sauce
1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens
1/2 cup creamy Parmesan salad dressing
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives, drained
1 large tomato, cut into wedges
1 cup salad croutons
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Toss salad greens and salad dressing in large bow. Place on large serving platter. Spoon hot lasagna onto center of salad greens; arrange olives and tomato on remaining greens. Sprinkle croutons and cheese over lasagna.

Summer Italian Pasta Salad

one 1 pound package pasta spirals
1-8 oz. package of Provolone cheese, cut into chunks
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 cup minced onion
1 can large pitted black olives, drained
1 large bottle Italian salad dressing
Cook the pasta spirals just to al dente; drain, and rinse with cold water. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Note: This salad is best made the day before serving.
