Fiesta Salad

rice
ranch style beans
hamburger
taco seasoning
fritos
lettuce
cheese
8 ounces tomato sauce
Brown and drain meat. Mix in taco seasong; Min in ranch style beans and tomato sauce. Simmer until done, while cooking rice at the same time. Place on plate, add rice, meat mixture, lettuce and cheese. Can add tomatoes and onions if you like.

Broccoli Salad

1 head of broccoli florets, cut bite-size
1/2 pound bacon cooked, cooled, and crumbled
1 small red onion, chopped
fresh white pepper to taste
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Mix all dressing ingredients together and let set over night. Add the  dressing to the broccoli just before serving.

Cole Slaw

1 large head cabbage, grated
1 medium size green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped fine
Dressing:
1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
Combine cabbage, pepper and onion. Boil dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves.Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Keeps well.
