Emeril's Blood Mary Mix

Ingredients3 cups tomato juice
juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh horseradish
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Crystal Hot Sauce to taste
salt
freshly ground black pepper
In a blender, combine first four ingredients together. Blend until smooth. Season the mixture to taste with the Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Store the mixture in a non-reactive container. Refrigerate the mixture for a least 6 hours before serving. Yield: about 1 quart.

Leprechaun Shake

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
3-4 drops of green food coloring
chocolate syrup
Put ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and green. Pour into glass. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and give on quick stir. Makes 1-2 servings.

Shamrock Punch

1 large can concentrated frozen lemonade, thawed
1 large can pineapple juice, cold
2 liters ginger ale
1 quart lime sherbet
Combine lemonade and pineapple juice in punch bowl. Slowly add the ginger ale. Spoon in the sherbet. Serves a lot.
