Parfait d'Amour (see Note below)
2 cl white Rum |

lemon juice
crushed ice |
Mix all
ingredients. Serve on coktail glass with crushed ice.
Note:
Parfait d'Amour: Violet Liquer with a delicate and soft flavour
of rose petals and orange, and a subtle hint of vanilla. In
English the name Parfait Amour means 'Perfect Love'. Its aromas
and flavours are obtained from Curaçao orange peel, vanilla pods,
almonds and rose petals. |

3 rose water (or 2 cl rose syrup)
3 cl Gin or Vodka |

drops lemon juice
rose petals and crushed ice to garnish |

ingredients. Serve cold on coktail glass, garnished with rose
petals and crushed ice. |
Honeymoon

Apple Jack
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz Orange Curacao |
1/2
oz fresh lemon juice
lemon peel to garnish
crushed ice |
| Shake well with
ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a
lemon peel. |
