Valentine Cutouts

2 packages cherry or raspberry
gelatin
2 1/2 cups boiling water |
1 cup cold milk
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix |
In a
bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; set aside for 30 min. In a
small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until smooth, about 1
minute. Quickly pour into gelatin; whisk until well blended.
Pour into an oiled 13x9x2" dish. Chill until set. Cut into
cubes or use a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Yield: 8-10 servings. |

Delight

2 small cans manderine oranges
1 can pineapple chunks
1 small package coconut (long) |
1 package minature marshmallows
1 large container sour cream

Drain
fruit and mix all ingredients to-gether. You may want to use 2
packages marshmallows (the recipe says one or two packages).
Chill and before serving add cut up red and green cherries for
color. Serves 8. |

1 large container Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can crushed or chunk pineapple, drained |
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans |
Mix
all ingredients and chill 3 hours. |
