"Cooking is at once one of the simplest and most gratifying of the
arts,
but to cook well one must love and respect food".
~Craig Claiborne~
"What unites cooks and writers is that their work flows from the
river of human talk around the table.
People cook to bring something to the table; people write to keep
something that was said there.
I love the company of cooks, because I love the occasions they create
for conversation".
~Adam Gopnik, The New Yorker~
Pass-A-Recipe
is an exclusive recipe, original and unique, developed by the members
from
The Garden of Friendship
Recipes Committee.
It's a game, joined only by our
"Cookers" and it is a kind of experiment
on creativity,
fantasy and "surprise", since we never know how the recipe will turn out
at the end of the game.
Rules to play the Pass-A-Recipe game:
Game starts with one member adding one ingredient (note
that the recipe at this point has no name).
The next one at the list adds another ingredient and pass to
the next, and the next to the next, until
all members listed (who wanted to play the game) have added their
contribution to the recipe.
The last one sends again to the first and this person must adequately
name the recipe, as well
as format it (how to cook, additional ingredients, substitutions,
suggestions, etc).
!!! We wish you a lot of fun in trying our results !!!
